These Terms of Service apply to Mission Panel Studio (MPS), a desktop streaming companion provided by Cynical Greed. By using MPS, you agree to these terms. Contact [email protected] with questions.
Using Mission Panel Studio
MPS helps creators configure overlays, audience prompts, stream counters, and OBS automations. Features are in development and may change. Use MPS only if you can legally agree to these terms and meet the age and eligibility requirements of any connected platform.
Permission and responsible use
You may use MPS for your personal or commercial streaming workflows, subject to these terms and any license supplied with a release. This permission does not transfer ownership of MPS. You retain your rights in content you create and are responsible for having permission to display content, process audience information, and control connected accounts.
Do not use MPS for unlawful activity, harassment, unauthorized account access, infringement, spam, or bypassing platform access restrictions. Keep credentials private and review your automations before enabling them, especially actions that affect a live broadcast, audio, recording, or scenes.
TikTok and other integrations
MPS is an independent project and is not endorsed or sponsored by TikTok, OBS, or other connected platforms. Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, permissions, and availability limits. Official TikTok API authorization is planned and is not currently offered by the public-profile statistics feature. API access and features depend on approval and implementation; no particular integration or approval is guaranteed.
Only connect accounts you are authorized to use. If an authorized integration becomes available, review its requested permissions before connecting and revoke access through the platform when you no longer want it.

Availability and warranties
MPS is provided as available and, to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Development builds may contain errors. Maintain backups and verify your stream output and statistics independently.
Responsibility and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Cynical Greed is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or data, interrupted broadcasts, or third-party service actions arising from use of MPS. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Stopping use and changes
You may stop using MPS at any time, disconnect integrations, and remove local application data. Access to services operated by Cynical Greed may be restricted for misuse or security reasons. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with an updated date; review them before continuing to use an updated service.
